Failed Breakfast Lands Gator In Cuffs

It was a crazy day, when a Florida gator decided to go shopping for breakfast Monday morning. Moving his 71/2 foot long body slowly through the grass, he soon made his way near a sidewalk, where he was sure breakfast would be along any time.

He was right, he was near Forest Lakes Elementary School in Oldsmar, Florida, just before 7:00am local time. Children would soon be every where for the dining.

What Mr. Gator hadn't counted on was a guardian angel looking out for the many breakfast opportunities he hoped to meet. Denise Leone, working as a crossing guard, was that guardian angel. Spotting the gator near the sidewalk she contacted Pinellas county Sheriffs office for help.

Deputies waited patiently for a trapper to arrive, but the gator had other ideas. Apparently he didn't notice the deputies watching as he headed towards an intersection, where already breakfast, I mean children were crossing.

Working quickly, without reading the gator his rights, or giving him a chance to protest, the three deputies got a rope around the gator's neck and tail before the creature started to fight back. The gator thrashed and rolled around, crashing into a wall and breaking off pieces of stucco. You can just imagine what would have happened had that tail made contact with human flesh. Though they didn't taze him, they did place his hind legs in handcuffs to prevent further mischief.

Fish and Wildlife Officials took custody of the alligator until the trapper arrived.

It's the third gator to crawl around a Florida school in the past three months. In August, an alligator even settled into Ridgecrest Elementary School's cafeteria before walking into the boys' bathroom. Maybe he just wanted to wash up before he ate, but authorities were unable to confirm this.

This does prove one thing though...these gators talk to each other, and now they're sharing shopping tips.

So imagine pouring over the latest teen fashion magazines, and dreaming of what it might be like, if you could have any of those clothes? Oh, and don't forget some of the spiffy cosmetics that promise to turn us from gangly teens to confident, desirable women. What nailpolish was that model wearing again?

Now, suppose someone offers to make all of those dreams come true. All that's required is for them to do what they always do...dance! Only after they get where they're going do they discover the truth...they must do something more. Only now does the coersion that robs them of free will become obvious. It's too late to escape...

What could possibly create the kind of villains that do these things? Fatima Hagnegat, Mahrookh Jamali, Sara Bordbar, and Rasoul Gholampour, were convicted of being just those villains.

Requiring up to £150,000 per girl, (that's $195,366.98 USD folks) they offered to provide wealthy businessmen with girls as young as 13. Among them would be virgins for "breaking", for those with a real taste to contaminate innocence.

One 14 year old girl explained it like this: they had traveled from Wigan with the defendants on the understanding that they would be able to earn some money 'dancing' for a party of rich men.

It was only later, on their arrival in London, that they were told they may be asked to have sex with the men. All of the known victims have been removed to a victims center.

The gang members, all jobless and Iranian, pleaded guilty to trafficking and prostitution offences at Harrow Crown Court yesterday. They were finally sentenced today to 2 years each for their dastardly crimes.

So who were the heroes in all of this? Certainly we can thank Scotland Yard for making the arrests, but who contacted them in the first place? It was actually the staff of a luxury hotel called Jumeirah Carlton Hotel in Knightsbridge, central London, who offers Free breakfast, free stay for kids. If they offer a free stay for kids, they can't be all bad.

Concerned staff contacted Scotland Yard after one of the women arrived in a silver BMW, to offer the gang's services in a handwritten letter, to the owner in August of last year. It read: "I have 12 girls ready from the age 14-20 years, who are living all over the UK, I have spent money on the preparation of this event such as a rented house for the girls and also all expenses needed."

I just think that it's just wonderful to know that there are still ethical business people in the world, who refuse to be a party to such things.

California Inferno - Death Toll Unknown

Yesterday afternoon San Bruno California erupted in what appears to be a gas explosion. Residents in the area report feeling the shaking of their home as the explosion errupted, and reported seeing Flames leaping 100 to 300 feet in the air. This happened near Skyline Boulevard and San Bruno Avenue. Other residents said they saw the street rip apart and ran for their lives from a huge wall of flames. One man jumped into his car and drove through the flames. He said the explosion was followed by a hail of asphalt falling from the sky as the pipe line ripped through the street. His bumper was fried by the time he got to safety, but he made it.

Pacific Gas and Electric Co. President Chris Johns said Friday morning a 30-inch gas pipe ruptured about three feet underground just before 6:30 p.m Thursday, but crews still haven't been able to determine the cause of the rupture or the blast because they can't get close enough. He was also aware of reports that some residents smelled gas in the area before the blast. However, he is looking to PG&E call reports before confirming. The blaze was 75 percent contained by midmorning, fire officials said.

The NTSB has sent a four-member team to San Bruno to investigate Thursday's blast.

Early Friday morning investigations revealed that 38 homes near the epicenter were completely destroyed, and many others damaged in the inferno that swept through at least 15 acres. Although many residents were away at work or school when the explosion occurred, it is still unknown how many people were actually trapped inside their homes and unable to escape. This Leaves the actual death toll unknown until a house to house search can be conducted. Gov. Abel Maldonado, acting governor, has confirmed the current death toll at 4 but that number is feared, may sharply rise as investigations continue. He does not believe terror was in any way involved.

Shelters have been set up for those in need at the San Bruno Parks and Recreation Department center at 251 City Park Way. Also you can go to Veterans Memorial Recreational Center, located at the corner of Crystal Springs and Oak avenues.

San Bruno also set up an emergency hotline for victims or people worried about friends or loved ones. That number is (650) 616-7180. They asked everyone who lived in the area to call the line and register. City manager Connie Jackson said, "It's urgently important that resident who have been evacuated or who voluntarily evacuated check in with the emergency hotline."

Discovery Channel Gunmans Demands

He not only insists that procreation come to a dead halt, he also insists that all farming cease since the earth does not, as far as he's concerned, need humans.

Early this afternoon an Asian man by the name of James J Lee, entered the building housing the Discovery Channel's Offices. Mr. Lee is coming back to us after his disorderly conduct charge in 2008 when he said his problem was that he was working alone. He would stick around and try a few moves.

No one suspected it would be this bad.

Montgomery county Fire Dept. arrived after the initial report of a man with an explosive devise strapped to him had entered the building.

Broken glass was viewed close to the Daycare where parents had hoped to leave their children in safety, while they worked. Around 100 children had to be rescued, many in their cribs. First they were taken to a nearby McDonalds, but were repeatedly moved in an effort to protect these innocent little ones.

The Discovery Channel MUST broadcast to the world their commitment to save the planet and to

do the following IMMEDIATELY:

1. The Discovery Channel and it's affiliate channels MUST have daily television programs at prime time slots based on Daniel Quinn's "My Ishmael" pages 207-212 where solutions to save the planet would be done in the same way as the Industrial Revolution was done, by people building on each other's inventive ideas. Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution. A game show format contest would be in order. Perhaps also forums of leading scientists who understand and agree with the Malthus-Darwin science and the problem of human overpopulation. Do both. Do all until something WORKS and the natural world starts improving and human civilization building STOPS and is reversed! MAKE IT INTERESTING SO PEOPLE WATCH AND APPLY SOLUTIONS!!!!

2. All programs on Discovery Health-TLC must stop encouraging the birth of any more
parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions. In those programs' places, programs encouraging human sterilization and infertility must be pushed. All former pro-birth programs must now push in the direction of stopping human birth, not encouraging it.

3. All programs promoting War and the technology behind those must cease. There is no sense in advertising weapons of mass-destruction anymore. Instead, talk about ways to disassemble civilization and concentrate the message in finding SOLUTIONS to solving global military mechanized conflict. Again, solutions solutions instead of just repeating the same old wars with newer weapons. Also, keep out the fraudulent peace movements. They are liars and fakes and had no real intention of ending the wars. ALL OF THEM ARE FAKE! On one hand, they claim they want the wars to end, on the other, they are demanding the human population increase.
World War II had 2 Billion humans and after that war, the people decided that tripling the population would assure peace. WTF??? STUPIDITY! MORE HUMANS EQUALS MORE WAR!

4. Civilization must be exposed for the filth it is. That, and all its disgusting religious-cultural roots and greed. Broadcast this message until the pollution in the planet is reversed and the human population goes down! This is your obligation. If you think it isn't, then get hell off the planet! Breathe Oil! It is the moral obligation of everyone living otherwise what good are they??

5. Immigration: Programs must be developed to find solutions to stopping ALL immigration pollution and the anchor baby filth that follows that. Find solutions to stopping it. Call for people in the world to develop solutions to stop it completely and permanently. Find solutions FOR these countries so they stop sending their breeding populations to the US and the world to seek jobs and therefore breed more unwanted pollution babies. FIND SOLUTIONS FOR THEM TO STOP THEIR HUMAN GROWTH AND THE EXPORTATION OF THAT DISGUSTING FILTH! (The first world is feeding the population growth of the Third World and those human families are going to where the food is! They must stop procreating new humans looking for nonexistant jobs!)

6. Find solutions for Global Warming, Automotive pollution, International Trade, factory pollution, and the whole blasted human economy. Find ways so that people don't build more housing pollution which destroys the environment to make way for more human filth! Find solutions so that people stop breeding as well as stopping using Oil in order to REVERSE Global warming and the destruction of the planet!

7. Develop shows that mention the Malthusian sciences about how food production leads to the overpopulation of the Human race. Talk about Evolution. Talk about Malthus and Darwin until it sinks into the stupid people's brains until they get it!!

8. Saving the Planet means saving what's left of the non-human Wildlife by decreasing the Human population. That means stopping the human race from breeding any more disgusting human babies! You're the media, you can reach enough people. It's your resposibility because you reach so many minds!!!

9. Develop shows that will correct and dismantle the dangerous US world economy. Find solutions for their disasterous Ponzi-Casino economy before they take the world to another nuclear war.

10. Stop all shows glorifying human birthing on all your channels and on TLC. Stop Future Weapons shows or replace the dialogue condemning the people behind these developments so that the shows become exposes rather than advertisements of Arms sales and development!

11. You're also going to find solutions for unemployment and housing. All these unemployed people makes me think the US is headed toward more war.

Humans are the most destructive, filthy, pollutive creatures around and are wrecking what's

left of the planet with their false morals and breeding culture.

For every human born, ACRES of wildlife forests must be turned into farmland in order to

feed that new addition over the course of 60 to 100 YEARS of that new human's lifespan! THIS

IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE FOREST CREATURES!!!! All human procreation and farming must cease!

It is the responsiblity of everyone to preserve the planet they live on by not breeding any more children who will continue their filthy practices. Children represent FUTURE catastrophic pollution whereas their parents are current pollution. NO MORE BABIES!

Population growth is a real crisis. Even one child born in the US will use 30 to a thousand times more resources than a Third World child. It's like a couple are having 30 babies even though it's just one! If the US goes in this direction maybe other countries will too!

Also, war must be halted. Not because it's morally wrong, but because of the catastrophic environmental damage modern weapons cause to other creatures. FIND SOLUTIONS JUST LIKE THE BOOK SAYS! Humans are supposed to be inventive. INVENT, DAMN YOU!!

The world needs TV shows that DEVELOP solutions to the problems that humans are causing, not stupify the people into destroying the world. Not encouraging them to breed more environmentally harmful humans.

Saving the environment and the remaning species diversity of the planet is now your mindset. Nothing is more important than saving them. The Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Elephants, Froggies, Turtles, Apes, Raccoons, Beetles, Ants, Sharks, Bears, and, of course, the Squirrels.

The humans? The planet does not need humans.

You MUST KNOW the human population is behind all the pollution and problems in the world, and YET you encourage the exact opposite instead of discouraging human growth and procreation. Surely you MUST ALREADY KNOW this!

I want Discovery Communications to broadcast on their channels to the world their new program lineup and I want proof they are doing so. I want the new shows started by asking the public for inventive solution ideas to save the planet and the remaining wildlife on it.

Clearly Mr. Lee is disturbed. In the end police were forced to shoot the gunman in order to end the standoff. There is an unconfirmed report that the gunman has now died. Three hostages have been freed, however, the building remains locked down until it's deemed safe to re-enter.

Discovery Channel Building Under Siege

About 100 children were safely evacuated from the Discovery Channel day care center after a gunman walked into Discovery Channel headquarters, fired a shot and said, according to police and witnesses, "Nobody is going anywhere!" The children were moved to a nearby McDonalds where they can safely wait out the crisis.

The gunman, who apparently fired a shot around 1pm is said to be Asian, also reportedly has an object strapped to his body, suspected to be an explosive device. He is holding at least 1 hostage, however, one witness reports a number of people lying on the floor.

According to Police spokesman they are in contact with the gunman who has a number of demands and wants to communicate with Discovery Channel executives.

The Incredible Inedible Egg Recall (Protect Yourself)

All of the eggs are incredible but, they aren't all so edible, as the recall expands to cover 17 states. This whole thing started back in May. No one should have eggs from that far back,(If you do, throw them away) but more seem to turn up every day. To date, the CDC states that the recalled eggs have caused 266 salmonella illnesses in California, 30 in Nevada, and 7 in Minnesota. Originally, the states being investigated for Salmonella Enteritis included California, Illinois, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. On Wednesday, nine more states were added to the list including Arizona, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.

Eggs are packaged under the following brand names: Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph's, Boomsma's, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms and Kemps. Eggs are packed in varying sizes of cartons (6-egg cartons, dozen egg cartons, 18-egg cartons) with Julian dates ranging from 136 to 225 and plant numbers 1026, 1413 and 1946. Dates and codes can be found stamped on the end of the egg carton. The plant number begins with the letter P and then the number. The Julian date follows the plant number, for example: P-1946 223.

The company behind the recall, Wright County Egg, of Galt, Iowa, is owned by Jack DeCoster, who has had run-ins with regulators over poor or unsafe working conditions, environmental violations, the harassment of workers and the hiring of illegal immigrants.

The company said the recalled eggs came from five plants and were distributed across the country under the brand names Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph’s, Boomsma’s, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms, Kemps, James Farms, Glenview and Pacific Coast. (Dutch Farms said Wright County packaged eggs under its brand without permission.)

I wonder if Dutch Farms will sue over this? :)

The color of yolk varies in shades of yellow depending upon the diet of the hen. If she eats plenty of yellow-orange plant pigments, such as from marigold petals and yellow corn, the yolk will be a darker yellow than if she eats a colorless diet such as white cornmeal. Artificial color additives are not permitted in eggs.

A green ring on a hard-cooked yolk is a result of overcooking, and is caused by sulfur and iron compounds in the egg reacting on the yolk's surface. The green color can also be caused by a high amount of iron in the cooking water. Scrambled eggs cooked at too high a temperature or held on a steam table too long can also develop a greenish cast. The green color is safe to consume.

Rue McClanahan Dies after Massive stroke.

We watch Golden Girls almost every night. Rue McClanahan became a part of everyone's lives, when they switched her on as Blanche Devereaux night after night. She taught the young and old alike, that women are still women even after menopause. She gave older ones a giggle as they considered her characters alleged lifestyle. I use the words alleged lifestyle since at various times throughout the series she lets us know that she sometimes spices the truth a little.

The 76 year old, Southern Belle Diva, died early this morning, 1:00am at New York-Presbyterian Hospital after suffering a massive stroke. Rue McClanahan was a true survivor, first when she overcame breast cancer, and again when she suffered a minor stroke after heart bypass surgery. She finally succumbed after experiencing a major cerebral hemorrhage May 31. Her manager, Barbara Lawrence, tells PEOPLE at the time of her death Thursday, McClanahan "had her family with her. She went in peace."

Friends such as Betty White were quick to react stating "Rue was a close and dear friend." Also twittering their regrets were collaborator Marc Cherry, who said in a statement to Access. "Rue's kindness, generosity and enormous talent will be sorely missed." Other tweeters include such notables as Larry King, Jason Dottley, Rose McGowan, Marlee Matlin, Mandy Moore, and Jay Manuel.

Memorial Day Memories "Cemetery Watchman"

As I look back on all of the family members that have served in the military, I realize how lucky I have been. Though many of them had close calls, they all managed to make it home, for which we are grateful. They all served their country with love and devotion.

Some have not been so lucky. They too served with love and devotion, giving their very lives, so that we could continue to live in freedom. Wives, girlfriends, Mothers, and children all made their sacrifice, just to name a few, as they lost the ones that they loved so dearly.

This Memorial Day I would like to share a story of sacrifice, where once more we get to see love win out in the end. This story was shared with me from my friend Roze Collins, who is a proud member of the Home Troop Connection, A place for supporting and connecting military families, both stateside or abroad.

"CEMETERY WATCHMAN"

I just wanted to get the day over with and go down to Smokey's. Sneaking a look at my watch, I saw the time, 1655. Five minutes to go before the
cemetery gates are closed for the day. Full dress was hot in the August sun. Oklahoma summertime was as bad as ever--the heat and humidity at the same level--both too high.

I saw the car pull into the drive, '69 or '70 model Cadillac Deville,

An old woman got out so slow I thought she was paralyzed; she had a
cane and a sheaf of flowers--about four or five bunches as best I could
tell.

I couldn't help myself. The thought came unwanted, and left a slightly
bitter taste: 'She's going to spend an hour, and for this old soldier,
my hip hurts like hell and I'm ready to get out of here right now!' But
for this day, my duty was to assist anyone coming in.

Kevin would lock the 'In' gate and if I could hurry the old biddy along, we might make it to Smokey's in time.

I broke post attention. My hip made gritty noises when I took the first
step and the pain went up a notch. I must have made a real military
sight: middle-aged man with a small pot gut and half a limp, in marine
full-dress uniform, which had lost its razor crease about thirty
minutes after I began the watch at the cemetery.

I stopped in front of her, halfway up the walk. She looked up at me with an old woman's squint.
'Ma'am, may I assist you in any way?' She took long enough to answer.
'Yes, son. Can you carry these flowers? I seem to be moving a tad slow these days.'
'My pleasure, ma'am.' Well, it wasn't too much of a lie
She looked again. 'Marine, where were you stationed?'
' Vietnam, ma'am.. Ground-pounder. '69 to '71.'
She looked at me closer. 'Wounded in action, I see. Well done, Marine. I'll be as quick as I can.'

I lied a little bigger: 'No hurry, ma'am.'
She smiled and winked at me. 'Son, I'm 85-years-old and I can tell a lie from a long way off.. Let's get this done. Might be the last time I can do this. My name's Joanne Wieserman, and I've a few Marines I'd like to see one more time.'
'Yes, ma 'am. At your service.'

She headed for the World War I section, stopping at a stone. She picked one
of the flowers out of my arm and laid it on top of the stone. She
murmured something I couldn't quite make out.. The name on the marble
was Donald S. Davidson, USMC: France 1918.

She turned away and made a straight line for the World War II section,
stopping at one stone. I saw a tear slowly tracking its way down her
cheek. She put a bunch on a stone; the name was Stephen X.Davidson, USMC, 1943.

She went up the row a ways and laid another bunch on a stone, Stanley J. Wieserman, USMC, 1944.. She paused for a second. 'Two more, son, and we'll be done'
I almost didn't say anything, but, 'Yes, ma'am. Take your time.'

She looked confused.. 'Where's theVietnam section, son? I seem to have lost my way.'
I pointed with my chin. 'That way, ma'am.'
'Oh!' she chuckled quietly. 'Son, me and old age ain't too friendly.'

She headed down the walk I'd pointed at. She stopped at a couple of stones
before she found the ones she wanted. She placed a bunch on Larry Wieserman, USMC, 1968, and the last on Darrel Wieserman, USMC, 1970. She stood there and murmured a few words I still couldn't make out.

'OK, son, I'm finished. Get me back to my car and you can go home.'
Yes, ma'am. If I may ask, were those your kinfolk?'
She paused. 'Yes, Donald Davidson was my father, Stephen was my uncle, Stanleywas my husband, Larry and Darrel were our sons. All killed in action, all marines.'

She stopped. Whether she had finished, or couldn't finish, I don't know. She made her way to her car, slowly and painfully.
I waited for a polite distance to come between us and then double-timed it over to Kevin, waiting by the car.
'Get to the 'Out' gate quick.. I have something I've got to do.'

Kevin started to say something, but saw the look I gave him. He broke the
rules to get us there down the service road. We beat her. She hadn't
made it around the rotunda yet.

'Kevin, stand at attention next to the gatepost. Follow my lead.' I humped it across the drive to the other post.

When the Cadillac came puttering around from the hedges and began the short
straight traverse to the gate, I called in my best gunny's voice: 'TehenHut! Present Haaaarms!'

I have to hand it to Kevin; he never blinked an eye--full dress attention and a salute that would make his DI proud.
She drove through that gate with two old worn-out soldiers giving her a
send-off she deserved, for service rendered to her country, and for
knowing duty, honor and sacrifice.

I am not sure, but I think I saw a salute returned from that Cadillac.

Gary Coleman Dead At 42

Gary Coleman has passed away at Utah Valley Regional Medical Centre in Provo. He was only 42. His death follows an accident in his Utah home.

Gary Coleman was best known as a child star on "Different Strokes"

Gary initially went for treatment at a local hospital, following a bad fall at home. He was later transferred to the ICU at Utah Valley Regional, where additional tests could be run, and hopefully, adequate treatment given.

He remained conscious until Thursday, when he slipped into a coma, and was placed on life support. As of this morning, it was reported, that he was in critical condition. A hospital press release said that family members and close friends were at Coleman's side when life support was terminated, and Gary died at aprox. 12:05pm

Boobquake! Run for your lives! Wait....don't they make a special bra for that? You know, more support or something?

If you are among the innocents that think of boobquake this way, let me clue you in, it gets much deeper than that. Boobquake will in fact become a threat...and in more ways than one.

Jen McCreight, a young college student, seems to be leading "Boobquake" as a worldwide effort to prove Ayatollah Kazem Sedighi's words wrong, when he said promiscuously dressed women were responsible for earthquakes. Ms. McCreight self describes herself as, "a liberal, geeky, nerdy, scientific, perverted atheist feminist trapped in Indiana." She's a Purdue University student who insists, "In the name of science, I offer my boobs.

One wonders in light of the fact that Ayatollah Kazem Sedighi, is a Muslim cleric who leads Friday's prayers in Tehran, Iran, how many participants will face threats and violence at the hands of Muslim believers. Boobquake asks that you deliver as much cleavage as possible, to prove scientifically, that the soft mounds of comfort are truly not earthquake mongers at all.

As Jen McCreight explains, the whole thing was truly innocent, and only in response to the ridiculous claims that women cause earthquakes. Though she hoped to put the issue to rest for both, Ayatollah Kazem Sedighi and "Fundamentalist Religion". She never dreamed that the movement wold grow to these proportions. Though it is hard to know for sure how many women will actually reveal more bosom, 200,000 women have pledged to participate globally.

Women have been quick to jump on board with both boobquake as well as brainquake, where women prove they have much more to offer than just their sexuality. The idea on both sides is to prove that women are not responsible for earthquakes.

Missing Child Washes Ashore

Shantina Smiley was driving herself, and her 8 year old son Azriel Carver, from Silverdale, Washington, 120 miles to Castle Rock. They were making the trip, in order to visit relatives on Saturday. Unfortunately, they never arrived...

She apparently got lost, and stopped for directions at a West Olympia Mini-Mart, where she was picked up on camera about 8pm Saturday night. At that time she was seen looking through maps for directions, and seems fine. She purchased a bottle of wine, which was found later corked, but half empty. Workers said that Shantina's behavior was odd, and that she fell in the parking lot. She also stopped several more times, and ended up at a couples home asking directions. That is still the last time either had been seen.

Sunday, the van that the pair had been traveling in was discovered in Dana Pass. That should be in Thurston County. The van's doors stood ajar, their openings looking vacantly back, from where the van was partially submerged. According to KIRO News out of Seattle, to get to where the van was recovered, "investigators said the driver had to take a dead-end road, go down a winding driveway and onto the beach."
It is still unclear exactly how the van came to be where it was.

Authorities had said that they were 99% sure that the child's body that washed ashore, Puget Sound, is that of small Azriel Carver.
The county medical examiner is planning an autopsy and will make the final identification. However, CNN's Nancy Grace reports that Pierce county authorities have indeed verified the body now as Azriel Carver.

The body which was discovered by a beach walker Thursday, prompted a search from the air for Shantina, as well as searches along the beach and in the water, at Fox Island in Pierce County. The small body, reportedly had the same hair style and clothing Azriel Carver was last seen wearing. Because of it's remote location, the child had to be moved by water, to the medical examiners office.

Shantina Smiley has still not been found.

Jahmal Simmons is just 14 years old. He went to school the morning of March 15th and was last seen around noon, at Shadow Ridge high school, located at 5050 Brent Lane in Las Vegas Nevada.

He was last seen wearing red and white vans, dark jeans, purple shirt, with a white undershirt. He was also wearing a Black and purple jacket, and a superman baseball cap. He was carrying his black and white plaid backpack.

His parents are frantic, and asking that anyone who knows where Jahmal is, to please contact them at, 702-742-9354. It is thought that Jahmal may be in the company of a young lady, who has not been identified at this time.

PRIVATE CITIZENS PLEA

This might have been missed except for The Oasis of Truth church, and Pastor Joe Sutherland. Pastor Joe Sutherland and his tiny church of just 7 members had been rotating homes for fellowship since November of last year. "There was no disturbance, no neighbors ever complained," says Doug Napier of Alliance Defense Fund. However, despite all of that A Gilbert, Arizona code compliance officer, hit the church with a violation notice after seeing a sign near a road advertising a Sunday service.

A zoning administrator told the church that Bible studies, church leadership meetings, and fellowship activities, are not permitted in private homes. Further, he was told that even as few as three people are not allowed to visit his home, if they intend to discuss any kind of church business. Alliance Defense Fund attorneys, filed an appeal last Wednesday, with the town of Gilbert’s zoning Board of Adjustment, in an effort to over turn the decision.

The town defends it's position, citing traffic, parking, and building safety concerns. Building safety concerns, are you kidding me? I don't know about you, but, I don't even want to think about living in a home, that isn't safe to invite 3 more people to walk into. That's a scary idea all by itself. Makes you wonder what their building codes look like.

There is nothing in Gilbert's zoning code, that prevents weekly Cub Scouts meetings, Monday Night Football parties, or large business parties from being held regularly in private homes. In fact, the zoning code actually allows some day cares to operate from private homes. I won't come right out, and call this what I think it is because, I'm a lady. But, the last time I saw anything like this, it was comin' out of the business end of a bull.

To her credit, Vice Mayor Linda Abbott told reporters that she does not support the code, and did not know that it even existed. I wonder how such a thing ever got on the books in the first place? In their response to the appeal, Gilbert town council members reportedly "expressed overwhelming support to expedite changes in the code at a future meeting." The next meeting is scheduled for March 23, 2010. Vice Mayor Abbott also told reporters, "she feels strongly that the council will vote to repeal the code."

I hope so, since it seems that there are a number of laws that conflict with the current zoning. ADF attorneys argue in their appeal, that 1) the town’s zoning code does not authorize such a broad ban on church meetings in homes; 2) the Constitution’s Free Exercise Clause doesn’t permit a ban on church meetings where all other meetings are permitted; 3) Arizona’s Free Exercise of Religion Act (FERA) protects “Arizona citizens’ right to exercise their religious beliefs free from undue government interference;” and 4) the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) prevents zoning officials from singling out churches for discriminatory treatment. Blomberg adds that “the First Amendment’s Free Speech Clause prevents the town from stopping the church from holding its meetings on the public sidewalk outside the pastor’s home, yet the town won’t allow him to hold the same meetings just a few feet away in the privacy of his own living room.”

While the small church waits for something to change, they meet just once a week in a local school, where they rent space.

The internet is a wonderful playground, full of fun and frolic. Just like on most playgrounds, you can get hurt if you're not careful. If you get a request from someone, asking for information that you know they should already have. Be suspicious, there is no reason for these emails to come, except to scam you out of whatever you have.

Have you ever opened an email from another bank, claiming they need your information, for your account, due to some glitch. They aren't even from your bank, so, you have to know that something is wrong. List companies sell your email address in with their list and the spammy scams are on.

It seems to work the same way with emails from Nigeria, India, and Africa, just to name a few. I received one of those from someone outside the country. They wanted to send me some ridiculous amount of money in gold bars. Since the bars were heavy, they explained, that they couldn't send them to me, until I sent them $16000.00 for shipping and handling.lol I hope they didn't find any takers on that one.

I've also received information from Craigslist.org, that there is a phishing page being sent around, that is supposed to be them. The email requires you to verify your account information.

According to Hoax Slayer A "Thank You" email purporting to be from Google informs the recipient that the company has received his or her resume. The message instructs the recipient to open an attached file to review the submitted job application. This is a malware email, that triggers, when you open the attachment.

If you receive requests for information from someone, look for an alternative way to contact them. If it's your bank, call them and ask them to verify that the email came from them. If it's an internet account like google or craigslist, open a separate tab, or window. Once you get into your account there should be something in your messages if there is any problems. To be honest though, only once have I ever been contacted by anyone online to verify my details. They made the contact by phone.

Mental History Counts With John Patrick Bedell

People who suffer from Bi-Polar disorder experience the same emotions that we do. The twist is in how they experience them. Emotions tend to be experienced in an extreme form. This is more complicated, considering that their extreme emotions may be based on misperception. However, it does make perfect sense and a perfect recipe for disaster.

Often enough people feel threatened in some way, or at least wronged severely, before they will react violently in a situation. The same is true of victims suffering with Bi-Polar disorder. The problem is that their perceptions of what is happening around them, are incorrect. Yet, it's all they have to navagate with. The proof that this ends badly comes
to us today in the form of John Patrick Bedell.

In a statement from the family they said, "We are devastated as a family by the news from yesterday. To the outside world, this tragedy is the first and only thing they will ever know of Patrick. To us, he was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin. We may never know why he made this terrible decision. One thing is certain, though -- his actions were caused by an illness and not a defective character." I can agree with what they are saying because, I have family members who suffer with this. My brother diappeared 20 years ago. No one knows whatever happened to him. Even when victims live with family for support, it can be tricky to always know what is happening, especially when the sufferer is an adult.

So, the next question is how could this have been prevented? Who's at fault? The short, simple, answer is...nobody. The disease itself is to blame. It's so difficult to diagnose, that often patients aren't correctly diagnosed for ten years. Incorrect medication, resulting from incorrect diagnoses, complicate later treatment, making it more difficult.

Part of the answer seems to be a good support system. I can talk about this in a practical fashion because, I've found myself confronted by this disease too many times, in those around me, and I've watched an assortment of situations and levels of disease. If nothing else, someone should stop in often, in the most serious cases, to verify that meds are being taken correctly, and that the Bi-Polar Disorder victim is not ill. I read where in one study, participation in a DBSA patient-to-patient support group improved treatment compliance by almost 86% and reduced in-patient hospitalization. (DBSA, 1999)

Often times family members have been so overtaxed and overwhelmed, that they can't be a part of that support system. Or, they care deeply and would do anything but, they don't know what steps to take, or where to go for help. That's why I want to share this link, which offers state by state information. If you have a friend or family member that seems to be a threat to themselves or someone else, there are steps you can take. I was impressed with the resources at Treatment Advocacy Center.org Also/or, it's a good idea to contact a local mental health center and double check how you can go about getting help when the friend or loved one becomes a threat to themselves or someone else. If you have any additional questions, about completing the process, they would probably be knowledgeable.

Once you've completed the process, your friend or family member, will be picked up and transported to a mental health facility. While there, they will be assessed and medicated. Generally no one is held over 72 hours without a court order. Stabilization is achieved when the victim is nolonger a threat to anyone. More time may be required for complete

A massive 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck Chile early Saturday, collapsing buildings, bridges, and downing phone lines. President Michele Bachelet declared a "state of catastrophe." There are reports of 76 fatalities, but that number could rise as the story continues to unfold.

The President reported being thrown from his bed. When he got up he found devastation, and nothing left on any wall. Power blackouts as far away as 200 miles from the epicenter, are just part of the problems Chileans face this morning. After shocks are already being reported, ranging from 5.6 to 6.9 on the magnitude scale. Injuries are expected to be extensive, due to blackout conditions, and hospitals are forced to operate on generators.

People mill about in the streets, somewhat confused as many had been sleeping when the quake struck. One mother was described as pushing her child down the street in a crib.

The massive quake has caused a tsunami and Easter Island along with the other pacific islands are under serious threat. However, it should also be noted that islands as far away as Hawaii, are under tsunami alert. This gives you some idea of the force of nature at work.

Two Left In Haiti

Did you ever play that game with a pack of Camel Cigarettes? I guess it's really more of a riddle. I'll explain for those who don't know what I'm talking about. Somebody holds up a pack of camels. They point out the camel, and the pyramid and palm tree off in the distance. Then they'll set the scene. "If you were stranded out in the middle of the desert, where would you go to spend the night?" People who don't know the joke invariably, pick the tree, the pyramid, or even under the camel,(takes special bravery lol)as possible bed downs. Regardless of the choice made though, the punch line is ofcourse the same. The jokester will flip the pack over, where you view images of beautiful buildings, saying triumphantly, "Not me, I'd go around the corner to the hotel!"

Friends, all Laura Silsby was doing was taking children around the corner to the Hotel! Everybody knows that Haiti and the Dominican Republic share an Island, so I'll skip the geography lesson and cut to the chase. People please! Even Gilligan made it to the other side of the Island.

According to the CNN News account:
"The Haitian judge ruled Wednesday that Laura Silsby and Charisa Coulter would remain behind because authorities want to determine why they traveled to Haiti on an earlier trip before the January 12 earthquake, said Silsby's attorney, Aviol Fleurant.

Fleurant said Judge Bernard Saint-Vil was unable to ask questions of Silsby and Coulter Thursday because a court-appointed translator did not arrive due to illness. The judge also said he wanted to see the place in the Dominican Republic where the group was supposedly headed when they were stopped at the border, the attorney said."

Laura Silsby herself, seemed in good spirits saying, the hearing "went very well."
She also said, "We're trusting God for all truth to be revealed and believing that God will reveal the truth through the Haitian justice system," she said. "They are seeking the truth."

On her way into the proceedings She told the CNN News reporter, that it was "not true" that she had misled the other missionaries in her group. When asked the reason for her visit to a Haitian orphanage in December, Silsby said, "We brought food and clothes and toys to the children."

Meanwhile the eight who have returned home said this of their experiance. "Our God is a mighty God and he stood with us every second we were there," she said. "He brought us home. And I want you to continue to pray for Charisa and Laura because he's gonna bring them home too."

They just might get what they want. No matter how misguided their steps may have been, at least so far, it appears their faith wasn't misguided at all.

They say when in Rome, do as the romans do, but what if you're not
too sure what Rome is doing? What if due to chaos, Rome isn't too
sure either?

Although the first video would make it pretty clear, that these people had simply rushed recklessly in, grabbed up a bunch of kids playing some where in Haiti, and attempted to run off with them, the next video certainly suggests otherwise.

Undoubtedly, these children had already been devastated by the earthquake. Whatever these children held near and dear, has disappeared. Things we take for granted, like waking up in the morning, and knowing where everything is. Having some idea of what will be expected of you that day. We can't know for sure, but it's possible that some children would be in denial at the loss of their parents, especially in the face of losing every other creature comfort. Parents are the epitome of security.

Along with the two videos above, further confusion surfaces about whether or not the 10 Baptists, have even actually been charged with any crime.
Numerous sources report that they have been charged, when they have not.
The Wall Street Journal, explains it like this.

"After an initial probe, a Haitian judge last week ordered that the missionaries be formally investigated. Most international media interpreted the ruling as meaning the Americans were being formally charged.

But Mazar Fortil, the government prosecutor who handled the initial probe, said over the weekend that charges only come at the end of the second, formal investigation, which could take weeks or months. The confusion came over the translation of the French word "inculpation," which is often wrongly interpreted as "inculpate.""

The reports that stated that the 10 Baptists had been charged, were not written by ignorant, foolish, journalists. Instead, they were written and reported by people who are intelligent, well educated, and respected.

My point is simply this, if they could make a mistake, why is it so impossible to believe that Laura Silsby simply made a paper work error?
If her true intent was child trafficking she would have been sneaking through some bushes, not out on a well traveled road where she could expect to be confronted by customs.

I also noted that all of the reports stated that they needed additional paperwork. Not that they showed up at the boarder with no paperwork.
However, linguistics and paperwork aside, the distinction would seem slim for the 10 Baptist who have been jailed.

How do you live? Do you have clean sheets on your bed? Clean clothes
to wear? Do you plan to feed your children a nourishing meal tonight,
and put them in comfortable, soft, jammies? When you compare that kind of culture to a culture where children often dine on mud cookies, it isn't so hard to understand how a bunch of big hearted Christians, coming from our culture, got themselves into trouble.

So if they are all truly innocent, why all the trouble?

President Obama called it "Snowmageddon", and I believe that for once, most people would support that notion. After the blizzard snowstorm shut down the nations capitol, and surrounding areas. The shut down was not viewed as a bad thing by all, some people managed to enjoy the quiet.

Definately you will want to call ahead before setting off on any travel plans, since all public transportation is closed down and The Mayor is recommending no one attempt driving in these conditions. He stated, "We're fortunate that this happened on a weekend, might as well take advantage of it".

Massillon Ohio was not hit as hard but snow crews and salt trucks were quickly overwhelmed with the heavy, wet snow. Snow crews worked overnight at Akron/Canton airport.

Perry Township and Canal Fulton officials have declared parking bans. Perry officials are asking residents to not park on township roads until noon Sunday. Canal Fulton has a ban in effect until snow plowing and removal operations have been completed. This way hopefully you won't end up with this kind of situation.

Okay, so we know that it is possible to breed a horse and a donkey, the result being, the sterile mule. Several other animals also have the ability to inter-breed, but the results always seems to be sterility. Is this natures way of saying no!? But what about inter-breeding humans with other creatures? Certainly the picture below proves that something unusual happened.

Miracle ... The bizarre human-like creature born from a goat

Shocked villagers gathered in rural Maboleni, 40 miles out of the Midlands town of Gweru, to witness the “miracle”. But experts say it is impossible for a human being to have sex with an animal and produce
an offspring of any kind. Inter-breeding humans with similar species like chimpanzees, gorillas and gibbons have been tried with no results, experts say.

Although, there is a possible explaination for the anomoly, that is not the most remarkable part of the story. The most remarkable part is an anouncement made by, Midlands Governor Jason Machaya, who stated Wednesday that the bizarre creature was a product of bestiality. He declared: “An adult human being was responsible.”
The poor creature only lasted a few hours before dying, and was set on fire after local politicians, led by the governor and a local chief, had been to visit the goat’s owner.

The Midlands' Provincial Veterinary Officer Dr Thomas Sibanda, regretted that they never got the chance to conduct tests on the odd creature, said: "As far as I know, it is not scientifically possible for a man to impregnate a beast unless of course it's a miracle."
"Inter-breeding is so hard that a sheep and a goat can mate but they will never produce any product out of it."

Is it a baby? ... The bizarre creature strikes pose of sleeping human baby. Locals now fear that the creature was a product of witchcraft, but Dr Sibanda still wants to give science a chance. He said: "It is common that an animal can be born with the hydrocephalus condition, a condition that causes an animal to have an abnormally big head full of water. shift. "We could have confirmed that the creature was a goat if we had seen it since we are experts in animals. To confirm whether it was a human being, you need medical doctors."

Crazy Kidnapping Mystery

Jeff Muller got up for work on the 8th of January, just like he did every morning. Little did he know that this morning, would end up being very, very different. But then...quiet pet shop owners are not usually kidnapped, and then carted 1000 miles away...

Meanwhile, When 3 guys from Missouri decided to kidnap some poor hapless person in New Jersey, you would have thought they would at least be kind enough to kidnap the right person.

A good running comfortable car would be nice too.
Unfortunately as you are about to see in this next video, Douglas Strangeland, Andrew Wadel, and Lonnie Swarnes, have been accused of failure on all counts.

No matter how many jokes are made about this though, I doubt that any of the participants will be laughing about it for sometime.

Jeff Muller has already flown back home to New Jersey, and though reporters have left messages, so far no one has responded. I'm not surprised, after all of this, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Muller would probably want a break. Perhaps we'll hear from them soon. We're glad that Mr. Muller survived his ordeal, and we wish him and his family the best.

Unfortunately, the classes are given in the daytime when deer often snooze, causing them to miss a few details. Later on they get hungry, so that doesn't work well either.

I know, I didn't think there could be such a problem either. Then I found this one website... If the BBC is talking about it,(Click For Reference) then it must be true. What a lot of problems. Socially this is gonna cause all sorts of trouble.

The way I understand it, after dying from H1N1, the virus itself restarts the heart. From there, the fun and frolic begins.

If you think you had problems pulling a blind date together before, you haven't seen anything, until you have to set up an H1N1 Zombie on a blind date. A certain amount of responsibility goes with a thing like that!

I mean, suppose your friend Judy calls, she's looking for a date for Saturday night. She knows that Joe is a friend of yours, even though he's never met her. She tells you that she wants him to come for dinner. Now you know that Judy is a cute little blonde, but, she has that pesky zombie thing going on, ya know?

Okay, so she calls, and she's looking for a date Saturday night. She tells you she'd like for you to ask your friend Joe, if he'd come over for dinner. Now, you know that your friend Judy, is cute. Ordinarily she'd be just the kind of girl your friend Joe would go for. But dang it, she's got that scarey zombie thing happenin'.

Even if you know she's been trying her best, she switched to that new zombie strength deodorant, and she's switched mouthwash five times.(zombies are known for dragon breath, or perhaps I should say zombie breath.) Still, how can you be sure it's really the right thing to do?
Can you really be sure she wants him as a guest at the table and not a guest on the table? Bummin', and that's just the beginning, suppose he wants to take her out to dinner, and she gets so hungry she just can't help herself. Even the nicest of places frown on folks chewing on their guests, no matter how they plan to serve them. Then there was that one time she ordered a bloody mary, and sent it back. She said it just didn't have enough 'body'! Then there's that dental thing...

So, by now you're wondering what these zombie people look like. Once you've seen one it's an experiance you'll never forget. Except... for the women, according to the video below, they just apply makeup and hide alot of the obvious signs.

With all of the drama trauma going on lately,and laughter being the best medicine, maybe this would be a good time to let off a little steam. Just in time for the holidays comes a new version of an old classic. Jim Carrey in 'A Christmas Carol', Opening today. With all of the fun we've come to expect, it's the perfect movie for the whole family this holiday
season. The special effects will wow the kiddies, while teaching them something of the true meaning of Christmas. Meanwhile, adults will love the special effects, the humor, and the fact that Jim (he really is busy), Carrey plays every one of the characters, in this fun rendition, himself. This speaks highly of Jim Carrey as well as his makeup
crew.(lol) The trailers alone prove these are true artists at work.

One cannot help but wonder what it must be like to wear all of that make-up, all day, while they were shooting. At any rate, clearly it's a movie for the whole family to relieve some stress. Who knows, it might become a new tradition, and a great, fun way to lower your healthcare costs.

David Letterman Admits To Having Sex

Animals Bring Lawsuit In Federal Court

Professor John Dolittle Phd.(pathological head destroyer) stated today that he had been in close touch with the animal population, and that they wanted to bring a class action suit agianst the federal government, as well as human kind at large.

So, the rat population got together first, and with Ben Vector(retired actor from 1972) as their rat rep. and Professor Dolittle as their translator, they brought suit today, in Federal court.

Ben, speaking through Professor Dolittle, insisted that since they certainly outnumber humans, that they deserve their fair share of house and senate seats. In a statement from Professor Dolittle he explained, They don't believe that they will be adequately represented, even with the aid of animal activist groups, until they have their fair share of rats in office. He further explained, that their was little they could do on their own about their plight because, they haven't any thumbs. Because of this, Ben communicated, he felt that they deserved to be declared handicapped, and eligible for federal benefits. In any case they fully expect to be included in any healthcare plan that is approved for humans.

Earlier in the week the rats and cats got together in a truly bipatisan move, and hammered out what both agreed was a fair deal. If you already have a home, and you want to keep that home......you can stay in your home! However, if your owner moves to a home that already has rats, then the cats in question would be required to move on. Naturally, the situation would work in reverse, prompting every pussy in town to transform into a true realestate hound.

Of course, at the bottom of all of this is the proposed option that the government provide housing in a mixed predator neighborhood. Ben shuddered as he discussed this eat-or-be-eaten government plan.

In a later interview, Ben expressed anger at being called vermin. He said that such derogatory names lead to stereotyping, and we all know how dangerous stereotyping can be. Besides, Ben explained, while running the exercise wheel, we were also victims in that whole Bubonic Plague thing.

In a seperate project Professor Dolittle has been working in Spain to gain human rights for apes. While we will keep an eye on this one, we don't really expect that it will be successful. It is simply not expected to be widely accepted due to the inherent racism.

As Connie Talbot sings her heart out to 'Three Little Birds', you find yourself really believing her when she sings the lyric, 'Every Little Thing Is Gonna Be Alright'.As you hear her sing, Don't Worry About A Thing, one feels the tension drain away and hope bloom anew.

It appears that Little Connie Talbot has a family full of talent. Though Connie has been singing since she was just two years old, she didn't make her first public appearence until she was three. She had a guest spot in a talent contest her older brother, (Josh) and sister, (Mollie) entered.

Though Connie was not a contestant at that time,(due only to contest age limits) She most likely,(in my opinion) would have won. She says she loved the experiance, and we believe her.
